Campaign playbook

what to join tomorrow, in order
# Campaign Targets — join tomorrow

Built 2026-09-18. Source: `campaigns.json` (Whop Content Rewards board) + live YouTube checks.
**10 campaigns selected, all already eligible** (no stretch picks needed — 11 passed the filter).

## The table

| # | Campaign | CPM | $ Left | Paid Out | Platforms | Reach | Source Channel | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Social Commerce News (Podcast) | $2.00 | **$943** | 53% | IG/TikTok/YT | 55 med. views | Social Commerce News | **registered** |
| 2 | Graeme Holm Clipping | $2.00 | **$2,516** | 50% | IG/TikTok/YT | 2,200 med. views | Money Mentor (his brand channel) | **registered** |
| 3 | Matt Hazen Clipping | $1.50 | **$1,841** | 78% | IG/TikTok/YT | n/a | none found | no source |
| 4 | UGC Repurposing [Intl] | $0.50 | **$3,310** | 34% | IG/TikTok/X/YT | n/a | none (assets, no channel) | no source |
| 5 | ROBIN | $2.00 | **$2,993** | 78% | IG/TikTok | n/a | none found | no source |
| 6 | Leon Bridges — Fallon Pt. 1 | $1.00 | **$2,826** | 34% | IG/TikTok/YT | n/a | none (single 5-min clip, too short) | no source |
| 7 | Mario Vincere | $1.00 | **$870** | 58% | IG/TikTok/YT | 13,000 med. views | Mario Vincere | **registered** |
| 8 | Elo Cooking Slideshows | $1.00 | **$3,080** | 65% | IG/TikTok | n/a | none found | no source |
| 9 | Call of Duty MW4 Beta | $1.75 | **$29,096** | 72% | IG/TikTok/YT | n/a | none (no single creator, footage scattered) | no source |
| 10 | Ali-A Fortnite 1v1 UGC | $2.00 | **$1,091** | 56% | IG/TikTok/YT | 174,000 med. views | Ali-A (main channel) | **registered** |

**Bottom line: 4 of 10 are fully loaded — the 07:15 loop clips them automatically. The other 6 need you to supply the raw footage (Content Rewards gives it after you join) before anything can render.**

## Best $ per 1,000 views posted (CPM × 90%, Whop's cut)

1. **Ali-A Fortnite** — $1.80/1k, and by far the biggest reach (174K median views/video)
2. **Graeme Holm** — $1.80/1k, solid reach (2.2K median)
3. **Social Commerce News** — $1.80/1k, but thin reach (55 median views — a slow-growing channel)

*(ROBIN also ties at $1.80/1k but has no reach data — can't confirm it actually gets views.)*

## 1. Social Commerce News (Podcast)
**Join:** contentrewards.com/discover (no direct link visible)
**Requirements:** none published beyond the platform list. No geo, WhatsApp, or follower gate found.
**What to clip:** founder/CEO interview highlights — growth tactics, attribution, scaling stories.
**Queued for tomorrow's run:** "How the Best Brands Are Winning Social Commerce with Nik Sharma" + "From TikTok to Target: Scaling Sprinter with CEO Jay Hunter"

## 2. Graeme Holm Clipping
**Join:** contentrewards.com/discover
**Requirements:** none published. Graeme Holm goes by "Money Mentor" — that's his real channel, not a channel under his own name.
**What to clip:** mortgage/money advice moments and client before-and-after stories from the Money Mentor Podcast.
**Queued:** "What Infinity Employees Do With Their Own Money" + "Paid More Off Their Mortgage in 1 Year Than The Previous 7"

## 3. Matt Hazen Clipping
**Join:** contentrewards.com/discover
**Flag: this campaign REQUIRES AN APPLICATION** — you can't just join and post, Content Rewards has to approve you first.
**Requirements:** he's the founder of MasterPeace (a detox supplement); clips must drive sales to the product link in bio.
**Source:** he has no personal public long-form channel — he only appears as a guest on other people's shows. No clean way to auto-watch him. Apply first; if approved, ask Content Rewards for his raw footage.
**Queued:** nothing — no channel registered.

## 4. UGC Repurposing [International]
**Join:** contentrewards.com/discover
**Requirements:** this isn't a creator — it's pre-made UGC assets Content Rewards hands you directly after joining. Lowest CPM of the ten ($0.50).
**Source:** none — there's no channel to watch, you get raw files from them.
**Queued:** nothing.

## 5. ROBIN
**Join:** contentrewards.com/discover
**Flag: MANDATORY course.** Their listing says: "You MUST complete the course before submitting. Posts from clippers who skip it will be rejected."
**Requirements:** Robin is an AI alarm clock app. Clip the funniest/most motivational wake-up challenge moments.
**Source:** no public YouTube channel — content comes from inside the app / their asset drop after the course.
**Queued:** nothing.

## 6. Leon Bridges — Fallon Performance Part 1
**Join:** contentrewards.com/discover
**Requirements:** none published. This is ONE specific performance video on The Tonight Show, not an ongoing channel.
**Source:** the actual Fallon performance clip runs under 5 minutes — too short to pass our 7-minute long-form bar, so there's nothing to auto-queue. You'd hand-clip directly from that one video.
**Queued:** nothing.

## 7. Mario Vincere 1 USD = 1K de vistas
**Join:** contentrewards.com/discover
**Flag: MANDATORY WhatsApp group.** Listing (in Spanish) says you must join his WhatsApp community — a mentor there walks you through it for free.
**Requirements:** lifestyle/luxury content in Spanish/Portuguese (cars, Dubai real estate).
**What to clip:** his "bought a [luxury item] at 19" video style — high view counts (13K median).
**Queued:** "I Bought a BRABUS G-WAGON at 19 Years Old" + "My New €7,500,000 Villa in Dubai at 19 Years Old"

## 8. Elo Cooking Slideshows Campaign
**Join:** contentrewards.com/discover
**Requirements:** Elo is a cooking-helper app ("tells you what to cook with what's in your kitchen"). Campaign wants slideshow-style content, not standard talking-head clips.
**Source:** no matching public long-form channel found.
**Queued:** nothing.

## 9. Call of Duty — Modern Warfare 4 Multiplayer Beta Gameplay
**Join:** contentrewards.com/discover
**Flag: must EDIT the footage** — their listing explicitly bans posting a raw gameplay reel.
**Requirements:** biggest pool by far ($105K, $29K still left) but no single official channel has current MW4 beta footage as its newest uploads — it's scattered across many streamers day-of. Registering any one of them risks clipping the wrong game once they move on.
**Source:** none registered — safest is to record your own beta gameplay or grab same-day footage manually.
**Queued:** nothing.

## 10. Ali-A Fortnite Map 1v1 UGC Campaign
**Join:** contentrewards.com/discover
**Flag: must be original content on ONE specific map** — code SUPER 1V1 FFA (6198-5541-5105). Not just any Fortnite clip.
**Requirements:** promote good XP gains from that map.
**Source:** Ali-A's main channel — huge reach (174K median views).
**Queued:** "How To Find Fortnite's NEW RAREST Sprites! (Update)" + "Fortnitemares 2026 Has Been LEAKED!"
**Note:** his newest videos aren't ON that specific map yet — the loop will clip his content generally, but check his videos yourself for actual SUPER 1V1 FFA gameplay before posting, or this campaign may reject submissions.

## Tomorrow, 10 minutes
1. Create a Whop account (email + password, 2 minutes).
2. Join campaigns 1 through 10 in the order above, top of the table first.
3. For campaigns 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 (no source found) — paste each one's allowed-content doc link into `sources.json` under a `"notes"` field once you have it; Clara will do the rest.
4. For campaign 5 (ROBIN), do their mandatory course before posting anything — skipping it gets you auto-rejected.
5. Message Clara your new Whop account handle/email so it can be logged against these campaigns.

Council ruling

adversarial strategy audit
# Council ruling on the clipping venture — 2026-09-18
Five advisors answered in isolation. Each then blind-ranked the other four. A chairman read everything and made a call. Below: all five answers as given, the ruling, and what I (Clara) verified on disk before accepting it.
## The call
Not as written. The $23.7k base case, the 30-day clipper sprint and the 7-account persona farm are dead: I verified on disk that the prospect list is 35 NO_GAP out of 47, the projection has zero churn and $400/client of editor cost the engine supposedly replaced, outreach.py still reads the unverified CSV, every sender defaults to the personal Gmail, Coinpoker is eligible on today's board, accounts.json is empty and jobs/ holds four clips, not 21. What survives is a small Layer B business (3 to 5 retainers, $3k to $6k/mo net, about 5 hrs/week) and it only earns the right to exist by passing a 14-day, permission-first demand test that costs Ralph about one hour total. Fewer than two yeses and one creator willing to pay $1,000 by day 14 means the engine becomes an internal content tool for Cali Life, RWP and Helm + Oar, and the venture closes.
**Chairman confidence:** 74/100
## Strongest dissent, quoted
> CONTRARIAN: "This is at least the fourth pre-launch venture on the board this quarter (Amazon FBA, Kalibrol, Nativo, now this) while H+O and RWP have decision queues with real revenue waiting on him." And: "the plan's own words are that hours, not the market, are the constraint."
**Why overridden:** The Contrarian is right about the sprint and wrong about the test. Against the plan as written (30 to 60 hours of Ralph's month 1, 16 hours of phone warm-up, 28 uploads a day by week 4, a critical path that starts with Ralph hand-creating seven accounts) the opportunity-cost argument is decisive, which is why I kill all of that. But the ruling asks Ralph for roughly one hour over 14 days: 15 minutes watching 27 clips, one approval file, and a personal reply within the hour to anyone who says yes. Everything else runs in the engine that already exists and cost nothing to keep. Closing a built engine with zero demand data throws away the one asset here that is real, and it leaves the question open so it comes back next quarter as venture number five. A one-hour falsification test with a hard kill date is cheaper than the argument about whether to run it, and it either converts the engine into a small retainer business or into a content tool for the ventures that already pay. H+O and RWP stay first on the calendar either way; this test does not get to displace them. The other objections were weaker because each one is either an argument for running the test (Outsider's selection bias is exactly what the test measures), a fixable gate rather than a thesis break (fabricated research, personal Gmail, GAP filter width, caption placement, all engine work with no Ralph time), or an objection to the original plan that this ruling already adopts (no price in the first email, own accounts not a network, permission before cutting, dashboard now). None of them argues that a creator with a real Shorts gap cannot be found and asked. Only the Contrarian argues Ralph should not be asking at all, and that is the one worth quoting and the one I am overriding on cost, not on merit.
## What I verified before accepting this
| Claim by the council | Checked how | Result |
|---|---|---|
| 35 of 47 researched prospects have Shorts, all top-10 picks fail | `engine/verify_prospects.py` against live YouTube | TRUE: NO_GAP=35 WEAK=4 GAP=6 |
| Coinpoker passes the 'gambling blocked' filter | grep campaigns.json for eligible poker/prop rows | TRUE, regex missed 'poker'. Fixed, re-polled: 0 leak. |
| Log says '5 pass' when 13 do | daily.log vs campaign_poll output | TRUE, sliced before counting. Fixed. |
| Every sender defaults to the personal Gmail | grep engine/*.py | TRUE in outreach.py + specpack.py. Removed; sender now read from outreach/SENDER and refuses gmail.com. |
| Whop 10% creator fee missing from the model | research/PLATFORMS_2026.md line 26 (HARD) | TRUE. Added PLATFORM_FEE=0.10 to projection.py. |
| Hunter returned a YouTube-internal URL as the creator's website | prospects/hunted.csv | TRUE (accountlinking-pa-clients6.youtube.com). Filter fixed. |
| '21 assets in 40 seconds' is not on disk; jobs/ holds 4 clips | ls jobs/smoketest | TRUE. My claim was an extrapolation from a 2x2 run. Corrected in PLAN.md. |
| Instagram demotes aggregator accounts at account level | WebSearch: Tubefilter/PetaPixel 2026-04-30, TechCrunch 2025-07-14 | TRUE. Accounts that mainly repost are removed from recommendations, rolling 30-day window. Watermarks/speed changes do not count as original; unique text, edits, voiceover do. |
| YouTube July 2025 update targets clip channels | WebSearch: Social Media Today, YouTube Help | PARTLY. 'Inauthentic content' targets mass-produced templated video. Clips/compilations explicitly NOT banned; reused-content policy unchanged. |
| Projection has zero churn and no zero-client case | projection.py SCENARIOS | TRUE. Rewritten: 30% churn at each 90-day mark, ZERO scenario added, Layer C removed from base. |
| Cloudflare Pages project-per-prospect will hit the account cap | specpack.py design | TRUE by design. Moved to one project, one folder per pack. |
| Spec pack publicly hosts derivative cuts of a stranger's video before any license (contradicts plan step 10) | specpack.py + PLAN.md step 10 | TRUE. Packs now build locally; nothing is hosted or sent until the creator says yes. |

## Every objection to the recommended position, ranked by the chairman
- **[8] CONTRARIAN:** Opportunity cost: this is the fourth pre-launch venture this quarter (Amazon FBA, Kalibrol, Nativo, now this) while H+O and RWP have paying-client decision queues waiting on Ralph. Even a cheap test is attention he does not have.
*Why this strength:* It is true, it is about the one constraint the plan itself names (hours), and it is the only ob
